What this service is

My SEND Record helps you keep an organised record of the support your child receives. It is an administrative tool only. It does not give legal, medical or educational advice, and nothing in it should be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional or from your local authority.

Your account

You must be 18 or over and the parent, carer or authorised supporter of the child whose record you keep. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and only invite people who have a legitimate reason to see the record. You are responsible for what you put in it.

Free record and the Review Pass

The free record includes one child profile, five support items, ten journal entries and one meeting record. The 60-Day Review Pass costs £19 as a one-off payment and lifts those limits, adds document uploads and review-pack PDFs for 60 days. It does not renew automatically. When it ends, your data stays safe and readable; adding new records beyond the free limits requires another pass.

Refunds

Because the Review Pass is digital content available immediately, you agree the 14-day cancellation right ends once you start using it. If something is not working as described, email us within 14 days and we will refund you.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful material, other people's confidential records without a proper basis, or anything designed to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the service running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of anything critical — the export tool in Settings makes this easy. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: hello@mysendrecord.co.uk.
